Your personal data may be collected by various means, including via applications and registrations to attend EO Summit.
Why are your personal data collected and further processed?
Your personal data are collected and further processed in order to:
- manage your relationship with the event organiser as well as your requests and applications in relation to the EO Summit,
- enable your participation in the EO Summit,
- send you notifications in connection with your registration for EO Summit,
- highlight and promote EO Summit with the event sponsors
- conduct surveys in relation to the EO Summit,
- to enrich social awareness and engagement by publishing event photos on the workshop website, through LinkedIn and Twitter
To whom might we disclose your personal data?
We do not consider your personal data as an asset for sale and, thus, do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
How long do we retain your personal data for?
We may keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the above mentioned purposes. Your Personal Data shall be deleted thereafter.
The following personal data are collected during event registration: title, first name, last name, function, organisation, professional or personal email address, country. The replies to the above question are mandatory (except for country). Please note that EO Summit might be photographed and recorded, and it is possible that you might be recorded/photographed.
Opt-out is provided to participants who prefer their images are neither recorded nor published on any support. If you do not agree with this publication of your personal data, please opt-out where required, explicitly specifying your request. In these cases, and according to available resources, the organiser could offer those participants an alternative room where to follow meetings and debates by means of live web streaming displayed on a screen.
How can you erase, rectify, complete or amend your personal data?
You have the right to access your personal data and the right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. If you have any queries concerning the processing of your personal data, you may address them to the following email: aravind@terrawatch.space.com with “EO Summit Privacy policy statement” in the subject. If you choose to make a request for the erasure of personal data, you understand and agree that we cannot process the inscription to future events.

We may modify these Terms and other terms related hereto (like our Privacy Policy) from time to time, by posting the changed terms on our website. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your attendance at the Conference means that you accept and agree to such changes.
A provision of these Terms may be waived only by a written instrument executed by the party entitled to the benefit of such provision. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
